Our meetings are held at 7:00 PM on the 2nd Thursday of every month.  Anyone interested in assisting us or offering ideas is welcome to attend.  Please confirm times and locations before the meeting by contacting the Athletic Director, Principal or any Board member.

Looking for interested parents to join St. Isidore Athletic Board

St. Isidore Athletic Board in conjunction with the Athletic Director, Principal and School Board are in the process of finding new members for the Athletic Board. This is an advisory board that will assist the Athletic Director in coordinating the sports program and the many events that occur before, during and after a sports season. If you are interested, please complete the questionnaire (click here to print the questionnaire) and return it to the school office by May 3, 2010.  The Principal, Athletic Director and current Athletic Board will review all applications. A discernment process will take place with final approval for appointment made by the pastor.

About

St. Isidore was a farm hand. He was born near Madrid, Spain in 1070. He attended mass every morning at a Madrid church before he set out for work as a farm laborer.  Isidore and his wife vowed celibacy in gratitude for a miracle which saved their son from drowning in a well. They were known for their holiness and care of the poor. St. Isidore died May 15, 1130. He was canonized with other Spaniards - St. Ignatius Loyola, St. Francis Xavier, and St. Teresa of Avila on March 12, 1622.
