CCW's Annual Event to Support the Nyumbani Orphanage in Kenya

No cookies – just kids!
The Council of Catholic Women (“CCW”) would like to invite you to make a donation to support the Nyumbani Orphanage in Kenya, Africa. Every year our St. Isidore CCW holds the Cookies for Kids Bake Sale and all proceeds are sent to the orphanage in Kenya. This year we could not hold our 16th annual sale, but the kids still need our support!
Donations will be accepted through May 1st and can be made with the orange button below (add "Cookies for Kids" in the notes). If you want to give a gift by check, make it payable to St. Isidore CCW and mark the memo with "Cookies for Kids", then drop it in the collection basket at Mass or at the parish office. Thanks for your gift and your prayers for the children of Nyumbani!

Nyumbani is near and dear to the heart of St. Isidore Parish. We have had parishioners make mission trips there, and our own Fr. Clive visited the orphanage during one of his trips home. The CCW has been baking to benefit the home for 15 years because of this connection with our parish! The Nyumbani Children’s Home, founded in 1992 by Fr. Angelo D’Agostino, provides life-saving care and a loving home to more than 100 HIV-positive children in Kenya. Ages newborn to 23, the children live at the home until they are healthy and self-reliant. Nyumbani offers a holistic approach… life-changing comprehensive medical, nutritional, life-skills, psychological, educational, and spiritual care. Learn more at their website HERE
