Connect Youth Ministries programs are not designed to “Teach” teens on faith, but to provide our teens with the tools and empowerment to become lifelong Disciples of Christ, centering on community and faith relationships. CYM 101 (formerly known as CYM Jr. High) is the prerequisite for those teens from 7th-11th grade preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation. Church guidelines state 20 hours of formation is required before receiving a sacrament (CYM 101 & Confirmation Prep).
Registration for CYM 101 opens in April, with sessions beginning September and ending in March. You will be required to re-register for Confirmation Prep the following April. Confirmation Sessions run September through April with Confirmation in Spring of the Confirmation Prep year.
