Tomorrow is our first Fun Food Friday of the school year! Students may wear Spiritwear tops with jeans or school appropriate shorts (no tight fitting shorts, not shorter than 1″ above the knee). Please remember to send a lunch for your child if you did not order a Culver’s lunch.
Clothing Sale – It’s here! The Clothing and Toy Resale begins tomorrow. Help is still needed – especially on Saturday. Please come by and shop Friday or Saturday and then stop by to help out on Saturday afternoon.
Papa John’s Fundraiser – Papa John’s will be donating a percentage of online sales on Sunday and Monday, Sept. 16th and 17th to SIS. See the e-envelope for more information.
IOWA Testing – IOWA Testing begins in Grs. 2-8 on Monday. Please help your child get to bed on time, get a good night’s rest, eat a healthy breakfast and remember a snack for the entire week of testing. Remind your child to do his/her best.
Protecting God’s Children – There will be a PGC Session on Monday, Sept. 17th at 6:30PM in the Chapel Lower Level. Remember that it is required that you attend a PGC and have a background check before volunteering with children in the Diocese of Joliet. Please register for this session on the virtus.orgwebsite.
After School Fun – There is still time to register your child for Chess or Young Rembrandts. See the e-envelope for registration information.
Band – There is also still time to sign up for Band Lessons through Music on the Move. If you need a form, please pick one up in the school office. Band lessons will begin on Monday, Sept. 24th.
Box Tops – Be sure to turn in your Box Tops as soon as possible. Mrs. Fornari will be sending in a group of them very soon.
School Directory – You have probably seen that the School Directory is available in School Speak. You can also find it on the website in the Parent Portal. It is password protected in both areas. If you see information listed that you requested not be published, please go into your School Speak Profile, change the setting and let Mrs. Johnson or I know you have changed it.
