Christmas is just days away! The students have prepared well and are ready for Jesus’ birth. The 6th graders did a beautiful job this afternoon portraying the story of His birth in the Live Nativity. Thank you to all of them and to Mrs. DiGiacomo. They have really reminded us what Christmas is all about!

Safe Touch Information – The Diocese of Joliet requires all schools to provide age-appropriate instruction on personal safety to give students basic instruction on how to recognize abusive or unsafe situations. This instruction will be provided to Grs. K-8 on January 14th and 15th by Ms. Gergen and Mrs. Butler. Your child will receive this instruction on his/her PE day. This is a part of our curriculum and all students are expected to participate. However, as a parent, you can “opt out” by completing the form that is in the e-envelope. The materials used will be available for you to view in the school office the week of Jan. 7-11, 2019. Please only complete the form if you do not want your child to receive this instruction. All “opt out” forms are due by Friday, Jan. 11, 2019.
The Advent Season has flown by and we are ready for the birth of our Savior. My wish for all of you is a joy-filled Christmas and a year ahead filled with blessings for you and those you love. Enjoy this beautiful time of year.
