The snow has arrived and unfortunately so has the flu. We are taking precautions here by wiping down the desks, chairs and doorknobs. We remind the children to wash their hands and to cover their mouth when sneezing or coughing. We ask that if your child has a fever that they remain home until they are 24 hours fever free.
Diocese Principal Meeting – Every February the principals of our Diocese meet together as a whole group to review policy, learn about new state and local regulations, and meet with various vendors regarding new material for our schools. Mrs. Alimento is attending this meeting and will not be available until Monday when she returns. Please direct any concerns to the office and we will be happy to assist you.

Teacher Raffle – Thank you to everyone who participated in the Teacher Raffle. We were able to raise $1,596 that will go to our Common Good Fund to help our families who are struggling making tuition payments. The gifts the students were trying to win were donated by our faculty and staff. They were amazing baskets and the children were excited putting their raffle tickets in the bags associated with the prize they wanted. They especially wanted the basket their teacher made up. Thank you teachers and staff for your donations and parents and students for participating.
BMX – Our students enjoyed an assembly featuring BMX riders. The riders jumped off of a ramp and managed to land without falling in our gym. What amazed me the most was how they stopped without hitting the wall. They talked about not being a bully and being kind to each other. Thank you to our HSA who sponsored this event for our children.
Fun Food Friday – All orders and payment is due no later than 8 am tomorrow, February 7th.
