The St. Isidore Catholic School Board is the most executive leadership board within our school; and works closely with the principal and pastor in forming policies. School board is a working, advisory board consisting of parent representatives, the principal, the director of advancement, and the pastor. The board helps form policies, which give direction to the programs in the school within the guidelines established by the Joliet Diocesan Schools Office and the Joliet Diocesan School Board. School board members work with the pastor and principal regarding all areas of the school, with the exception being staffing. School Board members serve a three-year term which can be renewed once. Each school board member is responsible to chair a committee and report on the progress of their committee to the school board each month. Our current school board committees are: Legislative Action, Empower Illinois, Step It Up, Scrip, Finance, Fund a Cause, and Gala. School board meets the fourth Tuesday of each month from 7:00pm-8:30pm. Below you will find an application in the “APPLY NOW” tab. Please consider completing the application and joining our school board. Submissions will be received up until August 1st. Thank you!
