Our Mission:
Through our love of God and His people,we choose to be servants of the liturgy by sharing our gift of music. By being examples of humility, compassion and service, we can be present to each other and our faith community as we strive to make the kingdom here at St. Isidore one with which the Lord will be well pleased.

Parishioners gifted with a good singing voice and instrumentalists who can read music (strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion, keyboard) rehearse once per week to lead the assembly in song at weekend liturgies, holidays (Christmas Eve and Easter Sunday), sacraments (First Eucharist and Confirmation) and other rituals. Weekly rehearsals are every Wednesday evening from September through May. A one-year commitment is expected. (Summers off).
Children in the parish in grades 3-8 form this group who lead the congregation in song and praise at scheduled Sunday Liturgies. Rehearsals are held on Thursday afternoons (September-April). An initial parent interview is required.
A small ensemble of singers accompanies the cantor and accompanist for morning funeral liturgies. If you can be available on a two-day notice and can commit to an occasional rehearsal, please help serve those who are in mourning and need our uplifting, prayerful song.
All high school teens of the parish are invited to sing for the monthly “Second Sunday Liturgies”. Rehearsals are once a month on Thursday evening September through May. Come, sing to the Lord and help support and build the youth community.
For musicians and vocalists who want to serve during our Saturday 6:30 p.m. and Sunday 11:30 a.m. Spanish Liturgies.
Parishioners who have skills or an interest in video and/or audio technical skills enhance the worship experience for our congregation as well as record special events for later viewing and listening. Training is required and will be provided.
