Our Helping Hands Ministry aims to help those in financial need. In addition to using contributions from our parish, we also educate recipients about additional resources in the community to address their financial stress. We also pray with them to experience God’s assistance.
Commitment: Meetings are scheduled for the first Tuesday of the month. Members interview clients who are requesting assistance, and then present their recommendation to the group for approval. Taking on a client depends on your availability, and will entail a few hours every month or two.
