There are two steps to registration:
1.) Register your teen to attend using the Partnership for Youth registration form here. You will need a group name and participant group code:

2.) Make a payment or donation through the parish’s secure OSV payment portal:

Teen Summer Service Days
Each day will include volunteer tasks on St. Isidore’s campus, a talk, prayer time, Mass, adoration, games, and FUN! Bring a sack lunch and water.
Middle School (Tuesdays)
June 30, July 7, July 14, July 21, July 28 — 9:30 am to 3:30 pm
High School (Wednesdays)
July 1, July 8, July 15, July 22, July 29 — 9:30 am to 3:30 pm
Cada día incluirá tareas de voluntariado en San Isidoro, una charla, tiempo de oración, misa, adoración, juegos y DIVERSIÓN. Por favor de mandar a su hijo/hija con su almuerzo y una botella de agua.

Teen Permission Form
All teens must have a Permission/Medical Release form on file to participate in Youth Ministry events.

To foster a safe environment for children and vulnerable adults, the Diocese of Joliet requires that church personnel (clergy, seminarians, diaconal candidates, religious, employees, and volunteers who work with minors and/or vulnerable adults) comply with the safe environment compliance requirements of the diocese.
