The hymnals in our main church have a space on the inside cover for a Nameplate in memory of a loved one or in honor of your family name. There are still some hymnals available.
If you would like, for each $30 donation, you may design a Nameplate for a hymnal.

You may use multiple forms, each for its own Nameplate design. Fill out all forms and return them, along with your donation, to the Parish Office.
