Welcome to St. Isidore’s Confirmation Prep Ministry,
a two-year program culminating in the sacrament of Confirmation.
Confirmation Year 1 is offered to students in 7th to 11th grade.
Confirmation Year 2 is offered to students in 8th to 12th grade.

Year 1 – CYM 101
In the 1st year of the program, teens will begin to understand their faith at a more grown-up level. They will have small group discussions, attend Teen Mass, and participate in service projects.
Year 2 – Confirmation Prep
In the 2nd year of the program, teens will dig deeper into the Catholic faith and learn how to make it their own. They will continue the activities from last year, additionally choosing their Confirmation Sponsor, Saint, and Motto, and finally receive the sacrament of Confirmation in spring.

NEW THIS YEAR is a digital registration system that has THREE STEPS. Registration will NOT be considered complete until the digital form is submitted, the Permission/Medical Release for Minors is emailed, and payment (online or cash/check) has been received by the Faith Formation office. Como NOVEDAD este año, contamos con un sistema de inscripción digital que consta de TRES pasos. La inscripción NO se considerará completa hasta que se envíe el formulario digital, se remita por correo electrónico el Permiso/Autorización Médica para Menores y la Oficina de Formación en la Fe haya recibido el pago (ya sea en línea o en efectivo/cheque).
Step 1: Complete Digital Registration Form/Paso 1: Complete el formulario de registro digital
Step 2: Complete Permission/Medical Release for Minors/Paso 2: Completar el formulario de permiso y autorización médica para menores.
Complete one per student and email all to faithformation@stisidoreparish.org. Complete uno por estudiante y envíelos todos por correo electrónico a faithformation@stisidoreparish.org.
Step 3: Pay online or in person (cash/check)/Paso 3: Pague en línea o en persona (efectivo/cheque).
Payment Methods/Métodos de pago: Check (payable to St Isidore Faith Formation), Cash, or Online Credit Card (3% fee per transaction). Cheque (a nombre de St Isidore Faith Formation), efectivo, o tarjeta de crédito en línea (3% de tarifa portransacción). Use the chart to calculate total tuition owed. Facilitators and volunteers are always needed. Please consider helping to pass the Catholic faith along to our teens.
